16 HP Craftsman flooding was gasoline!!

Hello:

MY 7-yr old 16 HP Craftsman ridiing mower floods with gas. I'm assuming this because a large volume of blue smoke comes out of the engine area and when I checked the oil dip stick, it is flooded and smells like gasoline.

I'm fairly handy and want to correct the problem, however, don't have much experience with small engine repair.

Does this look like a carberator problem...and if so,,,,how can i clean and/or rebuild the carberuater??? When can I find parts required to rebuild the carbereuter??

Thanks in advance.
