Hi:camm21499

Although your posting questions lacks detail, I will offer some possiblities.

Be sure fuel is flowing TO the carb.
If NOT, clear the fuel restriction.

If fuel is flowing out the hose, then it may NOT be getting thru the carb. Carb overhaul will then be needed.

Check for a grounded speed control. You may have the speed lever set correctly but it may still be grounding out.

Remove the spark plug, squirt some quick start in the hole, replace the plug and attempt to fire-up the engine.

If the engine starts and DIES out, then no fuel is getting thru the carb. If the engine does NOT attempt to fire-up, the ignition is either grounded out or defective.

All else fails, take it to your local lawn mower repair shop listed in the yellow pages.

Best info I could offer you. Hope it helps you discover and correct the problem.
