2 cycle - no hot start no power when hot

2 cycle - no hot start no power when hot

I have a 2 cycle chain saw (McCullough). Starts and runs fine until it gets hot, then no power and dies and will not re-start unitl it cools. Oil-gas mix is fine. New plug no difference in preformance!

sounds like the coil is failing under the heat.
