Hi All,

Can someone reccomend a good generator to keep our sump pump running when the power goes out?

There's not necessarily any one brand better than the other based on your need...very little if that is in fact the only thing you're concerned with powering. The key is to buy a brand which you can find reliable service in your home town and, more importantly, parts availability locally. Check around your town for Honda, Yamaha, Briggs Power Products, Troy-Bilt or Robin/Subaru. You will need not more than a 1000 watt gen, again, if in fact the pump is all you need to power.
