Stihl primer bulb question

I pulled a Sthil FS 36 out of a Neighbors trash because I have another Sthil almost like it.It needed a ned primer bulb so I bought one from a lawnmower repair shop.Took it apart and found out that what is in there has a plastic piece as well as the rubber bulb part I have.
It looks like he gave me a wrong part I just have the bulb part not the housing and it wont come apart.
However I used the bulb on my weedeater blower so I lost no money.
What do you think?
I also looked at piston and cyl wall thru exaust port they look good and it has plenty compression so I think I can get her running.

he probablly threw it out with carb problems, wouldn't hurt to get a rebuild kit for the carb.... should be able to return the bulb, as long as it has over 90 psi of compression, should run.
