Troy Bilt Transaxle Grease

Does any one know the weight gear lube that is used in Troy Bilts Transaxles.

I have an R809K Riding Mower and need to replace the gear lube in the rear end and would like to have an alternative to the manufacture's grease.

Thanks!

not knowing who made the transaxle itself, the most widely used is 80w-90 gear oil, could use a 75w-90, or 80w-140, though 140's a bit thick, but it used grease in it? 140 would work.
