Toro Snowblower leaking fuel
I have a 2001 toro CCR2450 5HP B&S model 38413. It runs great but leaks fuel from the carb. The fuel seems to be slowly dripping and overflowing the bowl as I can see fuel in the choke area (and I didn't think this was normal). I've disassembled and cleaned the carberator (it was very clean already). With the fuel line connected and the float pushed up the fuel is not coming past the needle so I thought it might just be the float. The float seems fine though. Is there some adjustment I can make to the float/needle/seat such that it will push the needle up higher? I have not performed any small engine carberator repairs before but feel this should be something I can fix myself. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Two other areas that may be the cause which you don't want to overlook are the float and the bowl vent. If the float has fuel in it, it will sink. If the bowl vent is restricted it creates a high pressure in the float chamber and forces fuel out the venturi.
