I'm not familiar with the particular carb in question, but based on years of rebuilding auto carbs (not lately, thank you very much) it is normally a fairly straightforward proposition requiring mainly patience and the ability to work with sometimes small, intricate parts. Best place to work is on a clean surface, like some newspaper, on the floor. The reason for this is that none of the small parts can roll off a workbench and get lost on the floor. As you disassemble the carb, lay the parts out in order across the top of your work surface. When you get it completely apart, clean each part individually and put it back in it's place in line. When everything is cleaned up, reassemble in reverse order, substituting the replacement parts, gaskets, and seals as you get to them in order.

Measure it with a micrometer; cut it with an ax.
