problems with homlite blower

Hi guys,I have a homlite 25cc leaf blower and have started
to have some problems.I have taken off the carb, soaked it
cleaned it,cleaned the air filter, replaced the spark plug and fuel.
I have noticed a lot of bubbles going into the gas tank when
its running.I think this might be the problem but im not sure.
Could someone please tell if this sounds right, and what would
make this happen? When its running the engine goes up and down with my throttle wide open. Please help.

It sounds to me like you may have a crack or pinhole in a fuel line. Have you changed them?
