Wanted Carb Overhaul Instructions for Briggs Intek 7hp

I have a briggs 7hp Intek Model 128602, type 0264E1

I have mechanically ability but have never messed with carb much.

Long story on this piece of #$%# wont start hot, have tried most simple measures (plug, filter, airgap, test spark)

I want to overhaul the carb but would like instructions, do they come with the kit or any website available ? ? ? ? ? ?

Float height or tips anyone?

P.S. I am at 3500 feet, should I go with a high altitude jet, it runs great just wont restart hot.

There's really nothing to it, just a few parts, no adjustments, non adjustable float. Mainly a gasket or 2, a float and needle, and a good cleaning. Since it runs great, just won't re-start hot, I would be thinking of other things, like ignition. A failing coil will cause this problem. Have you checked valve adjustments? Tried new spark plug (even though you've tested spark, plugs do funny things...try a new one).
