Need Mantis 20 Tiller Carb adjustment info

I have a Mantis 20 Tiller with a 21cc Echo two stroke motor and would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to adjust the carburetor.

Thanks
David

A lot of the small engines that you buy today is throw away, you can't adjust the carb's.They come pre-set from the factory.Exspecially 2 cycle engines. And all you can do is clean the whole fuel system out real good an rebuild the carb.(put a new diaphram kit in it)Then if that doesn't do any good, you'll have to spend $35.00-$40.00 on a new carb.

Turn both screws out 1 1/2 turns from lightly seated, then with the engine at full rpm, adjust the high speed screw until the engine reaches the highest rpms, then back it out a bit more until it just begins to flutter. Then run it down to idle and adjust the low speed screw until the engine idles a bit sputtery and allows fast response when the throttle is increased.
