Honda Push mower was in flood

I have a honda push mower which went through the spring flooding. I have drained everything out and put in fresh fuel and oi plus have had to replace the coil. But now I have found that the blade brake is frozen. Is there an aftermarket company that sells blade brakes and parts or am i going to be forced to deal with a repair shop to get parts?

Can you spray some spray lube on the linkage (not the brake pad itself now) and loosen it up?
