Craftsman Chainsaw repair

I have 2 Craftsman chainsaws that run very well. After extensive use, I need to do some maintenance. The automatic oiler on one of them quit working and the antivibration spring on the handle broke on the other. They were well worth the $99 I paid for them and I'd like to use them as long as the motors run as good as they do.

Does anyone know how to fix the auto oiler? The small tube in the reservoir actually is actually free floating so I'm sure that is not right.

And, does anyone know if I can buy the spring at a hardware store? I'm gonna see if I can find the manual for a list of parts for the spring.
