stihl weedeater problems

I have a Stihl weedeater that will idle but has no power when the throtle is pressed. I have changed the plug and tried adjusting the idler screws but to no success.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Your problem isn't in the carburetor,it's a clogged muffler/exhoust port-and possibly your using too much oil in the gas or a spark plug that's too cold.

OEM oil and spark plugs are available at Stihl dealers and service centers. The oil is prediluted and the spark plugs are the originals from Germany. If the previous post is correct I strongly suggest you use the direct replacement items and even if you have other troubles the OEM items for Stihl work best.
