toro carb leak

hi, i have an old toro 3521 snowblower that is leaking at carb. it seams like a float problem. how difficult is it to remove bowl and maybe adjust float.

I doubt the float needs adjusting (once it's set, it never has to be adjusted again). Most likely, the carburetor needs cleaning out, a new needle and seat, and possibly a new float. Remove the float and shake it near your ear. If you hear gas sloshing in it, it's bad.

It's not a hard job at all, just remove the bolt that holds the bowl on and go from there.
