Unhappy Seized Honda GX270 ?

Hi Guys, I was wondering if I could get some advise on the following:

I have a MEY 28" Reel Mower with a Honda GX270 & yesterday on the way home the mower (which was in my trailer) tilted backwards onto the handle whilst I was travelling,Im not sure how long it was in this position but couldn't have been longer than 30 mins.
Today when I went to pull start the mower the cord extracted approx. 1 foot and stopped... The mower feels seized as I cannot turn it over..
Is this possible & if so how does this happen and why?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like oil somehow migrated from crankcase to cyl. Remove the spark plug and try to crank it.If oil comes out the plug hole, add a tablespoon of gas thru plug hole and crank it over several revs w/ plug out. Do this several times to clean out as much oil as possible.Wash spark plug in gas and let dry.Install plug and try to start it. If it doesn't try to start in 10 pulls, remove spark plug to see if it's oily. If so,repeat entire cleaning process again.Once it starts,it'll blow blue smoke until all oil is burned out of cyl and exhaust system.
Hope this helps,
Mike
