B & S problem

I have a 12 hp b&s, mod 283707 that loses power and dies when it is hot and under load. Any ideas ?

Fuel cap that is no longer vented (clogged/plugged); Ignition coil failing under heat stress; Intake valve issue or exhaust or intake valve seat issue; Engine overheating due to the cooling fins being plugged up with grass/mouse nest debris. Just a few of the more common issues you may find. Good luck and keep us posted.

B&S problem

Thanks for the subbestions. My parts list doesn't contain an ignition coil. What else would it be called?
