two stroke carburator tune up

I have a small two stoke engine rototiller. I need to tune it up. I think I roughly know how to go about it. Instead of expected two adjusting screws on the carburator there are three. I assume two are idling mix and hig speed, perhaps the third is idling throttle. Is there any simple way to find out which is which (without taking the thing apart, that is). Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

The two smallest ones side by side are the high and low speed mixture screws. The one closest to the air filter is the high speed. The idle speed adjustment is the larger one off to the side.
