How to link Governor and spring for 6hp B&S

I have a Snapper push mower and the carborator was taken off and cleaned. When it was reassembled they forgot to reattach the governor rod and spring and i have no idea how to do it. I have read through similar threads but for different mowers. I have look every where else for some kind of diagram, but to no avail. I even found my operating manual at B&S.com but it was useless.

Its a Intek 6.75hp OHV B&S
Model 126602
There is a governor rod with a loop have way down and a spring that hooks on somewhere...I could even be that one piece is missing... i dont know.

I could send a picture to someone if it would help.
Please help me.

The linkage with the loop connects to the throttle shaft on the carb and the governor arm. The spring connects to the loop on one end, and then the other end connects to a hole stamped in a tab of metal toward the front of the engine that moves when you change the throttle settings at the throttle on the handlebar.
