11 hp briggs & stratton motor diagram

i need to know were and how the wires/springs hook up from the governor [sp?] to the throttle part of the motor..

Assuming this is an old style 11hp vertical shaft engine (you didn't provide any model#) ...there's just one long linkage rod that runs through the middle of a long spring that goes from the governor arm to the throttle shaft on the carb. The hooked end of the linkage rod goes to the carb.

It's pretty up front, as Cheese said the linkage goes to the hole on the carb that has the plastic bushing, and the spring goes into the hole above it. Here's a couple diagrams if you're not following
