Unhappy Tecumseh 4.0 Motor

I have a Craftsmans Lawnmower with a Tecumseh 4.0 H.P. motor, and I need to replace the "Locking Key". How do I get to it? I've seen it done once, but not on this particular type of mower or motor. Plus I've forgotten. Can anyone tell me how to get to the key...? Thanks...

Remove the engine shoud (pull starter), then take the flywheel nut and starter cup off, then you can get the flywheel off with a puller. The key is right there.

A knock-off tool would be helpful in getting the flywheel off, and, be sure to torque the flywheel nut to 45 foot pounds upon reassembly.
