Ford 1210 glow plug malfunction?

Any one out there know why my 89 Ford 1210 won't start? Battery up, but when key turned to left to engage heating element, sloooowwwww to glow, but will eventually, but won't kick in. Glows bright when turned to the right. Does is sound like I am losing juice there? Have a year old rebuild alternator, so hopefully that is not the issue. I used to have to jiggle the wires to it to get it to bump on, but now nothing. Any help greatly appreciated.

I think you're going to need the wiring schematic to diagnose this problem, check with your local New Holland farm dealer. I know of no online sources for such but stay tuned, perhaps someone else will.
