Ariens Snow Thrower 11.5 hp
I just bought a used Ariens snow thrower. It's a 2004 I believe. It was hardly used and after I oiled and greased it, new gas it started right up. It ran rough but settled out a bit. My problem is the engine won't rev up and it begins to chug. Any ideas?

The snow thrower is a Ariens model # 924125

My first question is the choke operating properly? On Tecumseh engines there is 3 choke positions if i remember right.. ensure the choke is disengaging completely.
