plug is on bottom of crankcase, oftentimes another is on backside of case as well.

It was advice not sarcasm, you have the item needing service, we have only your description of the item, the sooner we can get to the source, the sooner the problem gets solved. Now, did you remove the bolt, did oil flow and is the problem solved. Have a good one. Geo
