DeVilbiss Pressure Washer Pump

My pump is bleeding water from a hole in the housing near the thermal relief valve with the engine shut down.
Would this indicate damage caused by freezing residual water?
What parts are damaged?
Can the damaged part(s) be replaced by a DIYer?

I don't know what pump you have, but yes, it could be from freezing. Is it a crack? You should be able to buy whatever parts are needed and repair yourself.
