Fuel Mix

Good eve. I have a (1) Craftsman 32CC/1.9 cu. in 2-Cycle Gasoline Brushwacker Model #358-795820 and a (2) Craftsman 42CC/2.6 cu. in. 2-Cycle Gasoline Chain saw, 18" bar, Model # 358-360280. I have the manual for both tools, and no place in either is there a mention of what the correct fuel mixture should be. I called Sears, and can you believe they were not sure. I am using a 40:1 ratio for both now but I am sure it is wrong. Please, any help will be welcome. As always, thanks in advance.

40:1 is correct for both saws. Check page 8 of the 358.360280 amnual.

Also, look at the gas cap. On my Sears weed wacker the mix (40:1) is molded into the top of the cap.
