How to replace Craftsman mower tires

The tires wore down in 3 years time and are completely bald.
I have same mower and have no such problem with the tread.
How do you easily replace the tires without having to take apart the whole self propelled mechanisms?

I am trying to help someone avoid taking their 2 craftsman mowers into the Sears shop to install new tires on the front axle of a 6.5 and 6.0 engine speed Craftsman mower.
They are both self propelled walking mowers.

I did not see in the manual how to do that, so I am asking someone if it is possible to purchase the part(s) to replace the tires and reinstall the new ones without having to completely pull apart the self-propelled portion of the wheels , making it a difficult diy project.

The tires wore down in 3 years time and are completely bald.
I have same mower and have no such problem with the tread.
