replace fly wheel weedwacker

i have a craftsman gas weedwacker model # 358.798520 and it needs a new flywheel. i have taken the housing off and found the teeth broken. can you give me some instruction on how to replace. i have ordered the flywheel and it will be arriving shortly. thank you for your time. i know it has to have "x" amount of "spring" to pull the starter cord but i do not know how to do this

Put about 6" of starter rope down the spark plug hole, for a piston stop.Unscrew the bolt holding the flywheel, hold the trimmer so the flywheel is looking down, about 6" off the work bench gently tap the flywheel with a hammer (NOT HARD) oppsite side of the magnets, flywheel should fall off.Hope this helps.
