governor linkage question?

Hi, I have a tiller that was not running and so I took the carburetor apart and gave it a clean, it starts right up now which is nice, but it seems to be running fast now. I did have to take off the , not sure of the terms here but something like, the governor wire and the throttle spring wire. I made sure they were reconnected to the same holes they were on before but I am not sure if they have become crossed? If an expert somebody could take a look at the pictures below and tell me what they think that would be great. It is a Tecumseh model number LV195EA. Thanks very much.

Should it look instead like the drawing on this site?

It is not the right model number though so I was a bit wary or are they all pretty similar?

And sorry about the picture quality, I need a new camera. If more or different ones are needed just let me know. Thanks again.

Yes, it should look like the drawing in you last link. The rod with the spring on it is incorrect on your mower.
