Shindaiwa 575 chain saw
I have a older saw Im trying to get running
It starts fine and idels fine ,when I pull the
throtel triger it works fine untile I depress
it past half way after that it acts like it stops
drawing gas and stalls. I have adjusted high
and low needles to no avail.
I installed new fuel pickup line and new fuel
filter..spark plug is clean.
If I could limit triger pull all would be file..LOL
Thanks
Ken

If this is an older saw & the pick-up line needed replaced, I think you're going to be into a carb kit as well.. If this saw has a pulse line from the crankcase to the carb for the fuel pump pulse, check or replace that as well... Good luck, Roger

I have had my husqvarna do the same thing twice after being stored for the winter. A carb dip is all it took to fix it both times. That is where I would start. The Husqvarna, Jonsered, and Shindaiwa are all based on the Dolmar saw, so they are all pretty simular.

Not sure what you mean buy carb dip?
But I disasembled the carb as much as possible
could not get the not sure what it's called think it may be a diafram off with out damage. so I just soaked all the parts in gas for a few hours, then blew everything off with the compresser
and reasembled..runing much better now..
Thans all who helped..

A carb dip is when you drop the whole carburator in a cleaning solution and let it soak. Usually a parts cleaner is used or kerosine, but I have also heard of people using simple green and water.
