19.5hp briggs not pumping enough gas

I have a craftsman tractor with a 19.5hp briggs that wont pump enough gas. It will idle and thats it unless you pull the choke out. The fuel line from the filter to carb was dry rotted so I replaced it, that fixed the problem. Then the next week it did the same thing so I replaced the fuel line from the tank to the filter. That didnt fix it and I seen the filter was leaking so I replaced it. Everything from the tank to carb is new and I cant see where a leak would be but its not pumping enough fuel.

Anyone have any idea on whats wrong with it?

If the line from the filter to the carb was rotted, some of it probably got into the carburetor. The passages there are pretty small, and it doesn't take much to clog them. I think you'll need to clean the carburetor to get it to run right.

Today I replaced the hose from the crank case to the carb and it didnt help. I took apart the pump and cleaned it and it still did the same thing. Ill try cleanign the carb tomorrow.
