Murray Kilowatt kart/buggie

Hi again. Same guy as the OHH 65. I just bought a murray buggie. It's called a kilowatt. I know they are out of biz and Briggs canned the kart div. Where can I find any info on this? I have searched for a few days now but I'm getting no where. I can't find diddle-poop on this. Any help and I'll buy you a case of beer or ?...

Thanx again in advance...

I found this picture:

Looks pretty nice. Why do they call it "Kilowatt"? Makes it sound like it's electric, but that's obviously not the case.

Yep, that's what I have. I have seen that pic too. That seems to be the only thing I can find on it. Thanx for looking. Now if we can find a manual or something else about it, it would make repairs go alot easier...

As cheese has already asked, what kind of problems do you have? The kart doesn't look like it has any really exotic stuff, so I bet there's somebody here that can help.

No major issues except the kid took off the brake caliper and left the stuff hanging. I haven't got that far yet. Bought a new carb and the rest of the missing parts the kid lost last night so I can fire it up. I'm just looking for a manual for it. It had to have one sometime when they were made and sold. It's in pretty good shape so I bought it for cheap to tinker with. I knew they weren't made anymore but I didn't think finding info on it would be that tough. Thanx for all the help thus far everyone...

Hello there,

I happen to have a old manual that covers several models of these carts, They were called "adult" carts by Murray. But, I don't recall seeing one listed by Kilowatt.

They are listed by model number, Are there any model numbers left on this unit ?

Thanx 31YTech. There is one tag that will take CSI to decipher. I think this is the model number: 60703X92C
I have my fingers crossed!

Hey 31Ytech,
As a continued search from all over and everyones help too, I came across this site for manuals. It's a lawnmower site of all things!

http://www.oscar-wilson.com/manual_search.html

I put my model number in and Jackpot! It's basicly what you sent me but anyhoo I thought I'd post it and pass it on. Thanx Tech...
