Briggs And Stratton Flywheel

I had a hard time registering here but it looks like I finally made it. I am looking for a complete flywheel, preferrably new, but very good condition used would work. The obsolete flywheel number is #391983.
It is from a 7HP I/C engine built on March 17, 1994.
Briggs and Stratton has made this flywheel obsolete but I can't help thinking that some dealer or repair shop out there has one on the shelf or in the recycle bin. I am needing to keep the electric start as my health does not allow me to pull the manual start rope on this troybilt.
Type 1125
Code 9403 171B
If anyone can try and help me locate this part I would be very grateful.
Thank you,

Can I ask why do you need a new flywheel..?

Part number changes to 691354. About $155 new.
