Lawn Tractor Reverse Interlock Switch?

I have a Yardworks (Toro rebadged?) 19 HP lawn tractor.

There is a switch that shuts the engine down if the mower is engaged and the gear shift is moved to reverse.

I want to be able to mow in both forward and reverse as I have a very large lawn - 1.7 A and it is very irregular in shape.

The Kubotas I use at my employer's operate in reverse (no need to disconnect a switch).

The exploded parts diagram for my tractor shows an interlock switch, apparently behind the right front deck stop, but I don't see it there, nor any wires.

Ideas?

How about a model number.

Generally you can disconnect the switch at the gear selector that activates when it is in reverse. I don't like the inability of some mowers to mow in reverse either. For obvious reasons, I don't reccomend doing this if you have any chance of kids or handicapped folks around.

Model:

Sorry - forgot the model #. It's 60-1828-2.

I checked where the gear shift is (underneath rear fender) - but there doesn't seem to be anything there.

Down at the transmission is where it probably is.
