Ryobi 890R Brushcutter

I just completed cleaning and servicing my 890R. I cleaned the plug, changed the air fliter, cleaned all the dirt and grime off the engine/carb, cleaned the arrestor, adjusted the lifter gap, & changed the oil. It was running ok before I started but now it idles fine but when I increase the speed it flutters and looses power until I let go of the ttrigger then it idles fine again. What did I do wrong?

Help

The only thing I can guess that could have changed is the "ROCKER ARM CLEARANCE", as Ryobi calls it. Verify you were at top dead center (TDC) and reset it.

Let us know the outcome and good luck.
