Excel 2600 power washer

The nut that connects high pressure hose (connected to wand) and the pump is cracked. When use water pressure is low because water is leaking to that nut. Any suggestion on how to replace it before I bring it for service. Do I have to dismantle the pump housing because the nut is not expose too much to use any pliers to unscrew.

I may not be quite following your description of your problem, but on most pressure washers the nut that attaches the hose to the pump is part of the high pressure hose. You may need to replace the hose.
