I have a john deere L100 and it doesnt seem to be getting enough fuel, I changed the filter and I see fuel trying to go through but I also see air bubbles with it. I put it on choke but when I put it run positio it just stops. Do I need to prime it somehow. Please help

It's not unusual to see air bubbles in the fuel filter, the problem is likely in the carburetor itself. At the very least you would need to remove the float bowl and have a look see. If it's very dirty, it may need to be removed and cleaned. You may be able to spray some carburetor cleaner through the jet and up through the nozzle and get it working that way.

If your engine has a gravity feed fuel system (tank up high under the hood) you will need to clamp off the fuel supply if you don't have a shut off valve, before you remove the float bowl from the carburetor.
