Need to replace drive cable

I have a 21" troy bilt self propelled mower (Honda engine) with a broken drive cable. Any tips on how to replace it? The connection on the belt end was gone when I opened it up. I think I see how and where the new one connects, but not sure.

Mike,

It just hooks to the arm on top of the trans, Hook it there first then pull the housing back with the inner cable in the housing mount slot and snap it into position.
