Simplicity Broadmoor wheel removal?

Before I screw something up I need to confirm how to take my rear wheel off to change a tire. It's a 93 12HP Broadmoor. Doesn't have any lug nuts so I figure there is just a clip that hold the wheel to the axle. But there is some kind of plastic dust cover on the end of the axle. Do you just pop it off with a screw driver? I can't see any kind of separation seam on the plastic cover. Don't want to mess it up but it's got to be so simple it's stupid. How's it work?

Thanks

Most dust covers just pull or snap off, I can't say I am familiar with your brand of mower, but on many that I have serviced they all just pop off.

I'm not familiar with your model either, but I've always popped off the cover and found either a "E" clip, snap ring or a single bolt with a big washer. Be aware that this wheel is probably keyed to the shaft, so when you do get it off, don't loose the key (small piece of square metal a couple of inches long or a half moon shaped piece of meat also known as a Woodruff key). If you assemble the wheel back on without the key, the tractor probably won't move as trhe shaft will slip inside the hub.
