Toro 524 Snowblower won't start.

Iíve got it from the neighbor, who knows nothing about it. Last time Iíve started it in June, but now after sitting in the garage for over 5 months would not start. I prime, pull the choke out, the ignition key is in off position, the lever is in neutral, pull the starterÖ nothing. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

the ignition key is in off position
that's your problem. Key has to be ON for it to run.
