Honda EB5000 Generator
When I run my generator for an extended period of time oil start seeping from a vent hole located a few inches above oil filler port. I am not sure if this is weather related it seems to starts when the temp goes below 20 degrees. I would like to know where I can download a service/maintenance manual. I have the operators manual

sounds like the engine drain back holes are partially plugged and not allowing oil to properly drain back to the oil pan. is this a pressure lube engine or a dip and splash system. also what weight oil are you running in the engine?

If it's a hole in the aluminum casting of the block...just a small drilled hole, I'm pretty sure that is not supposed to be there. I don't know how or why unless someone drilled it for who knows what. Is the hole threaded?
