Drive Belt Traction Pulley Issue

My traction pulley(8") on my snowblower is loose. This pulley is attached to the trunion bearing assembly and the friction disc (not friction wheel) and when I touch it, it wobbles. Anyone know how to tighten it? Is there a bolt that has come loose or a worn key way?

Any help would be appreciated. The snowblower is a Craftsman Model C950-52728-0

Unfortuneatly, Sears does not like to show the Canadian equipment parts breakdown on their site like they do with the USA equipment. But looking at other snowblowers, many have a bolt on the pulley that tightens on to the shaft. They also use a keyway. Either could be your problem.
