Huskee Snowblower - Auger Pulley Removal

Hello. I have a 4.5Hp, 21inch Huskee Snowblower, Model 31A-150-131. Can anyone provide suggestions/instructions for removing the auger pulley? Its not budging. I need to stabilize the auger to remove and I am worried I might bend the auger when trying to remove? Thank you very much

i got mine off by applying a little heat to the pulley and throwing cold water on it and tap the pulley by the shaft
this will jog it loose
heat expands it and the cold water shrinks it
you may need to do it a few times
but this might damage the bearing under the pulley, but i would replace it anyways if you intend to remove the assembly from the housing
or you may spray WD 40 on the pulley and let it soak over night and see if that will work
good luck

Here is a link to a parts list. If pulley Ref # 10 is the pulley in question the nut most likely has Left Hand Threads.
