Craftsman Snow Thrower model 536.881501

I got this 3-year- old 22- inch snow thrower. It refuses to start in the cold and later it did after several starting using electric start and also pressing the choke several times. However, I noticed that it leaks fuel afterwards. I opened the topcover and found that as soon as I press the choke button, it leaks fuel on a small outlet. This is in the carb area. Is there some parts missing? I am not sure if this is the needle-float. It is somewhat fixed and looks part of the case. If anyone is familiar with Craftsman Briggs and Stratton Carb, I appreciate very much your advise. I want to post a picture but no option. I can email it if someone would like to look at it. Thank you.

that is not a choke button, it is a primer. it puts gas in the carb.
you should only have to push it twice. more than that, you are flooding it.
