Stihl FS80AVE w/TK carb won't run

I have an old stihl FS80 with a TK carburetor. My problem is that of hte two gas mixture screws, the smaller of the two is 0 turns out and the big (bottom) screw is 1/8 turn.
It stays running pretty fast. If i get it to idle like other trimmers it dies.
I got it used and it didn't run. replace all gaskets and this is what I get. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The smaller screw on this slide valve TK carburetor is an air bleed. It will normally be closed. If there is any wear on the jet and needle causing a rich idle condition, then you can open it up a little to lean out the idle mixture.

Have you taken the carburetor apart and inspected for dirt, build up and or stiff and or damaged diaphragms??
