traction drive spring 165X159MA on Sears Snowblower

hi, can anyone help me , I order the above spring to replace the broken one, I do know where it goes from , but have no clue where to attach the other end-- looks like it is too long to connect on chassis--Thanks

Start a new thread, don't hijack someone else's, causes too much confusion.
