Tecumseh carb. linkage
I have a Craftsman snowblower Mdl. # LH195SP-67514 with Tecumseh carb, 640084B. Removed carb for cleaning and did not mark holes for linkage hook up. Any diagram or drawing would be helpful. Also the carb on this machine does not have a air filter?

do you still need help with linkage?
I am assuming you left spring from throttle to governor in place so you should only have one piece of linkage which goes from carb to governor arm?
If you look very closely you will most likely be able to see which hole in the carb and which hole in the governor arm are a little worn (oblong) this would be where the link goes.

In addition to what smallengineguy says I add the following:
Your carburetor is a nonadjustable emission carburetor designed to run leaner to meet exhaust emissions requirements. Clean, fresh fuel WITHOUT moisture....is a MUST. I have seen surging problems with this carburetor that was only correctable by lowering engine RPM.
I suspect you need a more thorough cleaning of the carburetor.
Did you remove the welch plug Ref. No. 47 as shown in the first link? If not an obstruction behind the welch plug could be the cause of the surging.
