Need help with snowblower carb

HELP ! I recently received an older Ariens snowblower ST724 model 910014 and the carb linkage and spring were bent and stretched and they appear to look like they are not connected properly. The throttle and or the govenor does not appear to be operating correctly as the engine revs a little high or none at all.
I am looking for anyone who has one of these that could take a couple of photos of the linkage that I could use for reference to correct my problem.
I would also like to find an owners manual as well.

Thanks
:USAF:

What are the engine numbers, codes etc, it is probably a Tecumseh of some type, the numbers are usually on the engine shroud above the spark plug. Have a good one. Geo

You can find online manuals at Ariens.com. Click on customer service, then manuals. The only manuals you can get are for the snowblower, not for the engine. Tecumseh decided not to bother with on-line mauals.

Try looking around page 26 of the manual in the link below to see if this is the one. Have a good one. Geo
