sheer pin on briggs and pressure

thanks to the generous people on this board who helped me with my engine problem i would like to thank them very much !
(i got it running.... ! )
now the only problem i have is the sheer pin (aluminum ) on the fly wheel keeps snapping and throwing off my timing,any suggestions ?

Soundslike the flywheel is not being properly torqued.

thank you sir i will get a wrench tomorrow and tighten to correct torque spec

I agree, and just want to add that you should make sure there is no grease or oil on the crankshaft or flywheel where they fit together. This area should be clean and dry or it may shear again.
