Weed Eater hedge trimmers

pulled the rope out and it stayed out. i took it all apart but cant seem to get to where the recoil is. how do i get the centrifugal clutch off the bottom of the crank? is there a special tool? any help is appriciated.

Turn it the same direction as the engine turns when running to get it off. Usually you can use a drift pin and hammer to knock it a couple times in the right direction to spin it off.
